Okay, so my blog isn't even live yet (will it ever be?) and I just feel the need to come here anyway to rave about tonight's DINNER! We were in Indy for a day this week and made a stop to stock up at Trader Joe's. I wish every single day (okay, almost) that we had a TJ's in this town. I've even written to the company hoping to convince them that a store in this town would be a great success, citing my ill-used M.A. in marketing as proof of expertise. They sent a lovely response but alas no hope for a store.
Anyway, here's what we had tonight, in order of fabulousness: artichoke ravioli with a lemon butter sauce and shrimp; baby eggplant parmesan; pesto tortillini with vodka sauce; and salad with cranberry/walnut/gorgonzola dressing. Pretty much everything that sounds awesome is from Trader Joe's. The lettuce and the eggplant were locally grown here.
Even little AJ loved it, after we literally pulled her away kicking and screaming from High School Musical. (Last minute desperate situation to get cooking time!). We had to pin her down to buckle her in her high chair but once she hit that tortellini it was all over. Everyone had a quiet, happy, tasty meal.

I totally found you...does that creep you out? :)
And I miss TJ's SO much! Their chocolate cat cookies were my fave.
Not that I mind, but how did you find me??? I would have invited you anyway. :)
I clicked on your old screen name on one of Looseyfur's posts, and it took me to the Cyberchick profile...and there it was!
Doesn't sound as stalk-y or creepy as I originally made it out to be, does it?
Dude I'm trying so hard to hide my identity and location, but if I'm reviewing restaurants and local plays, the stalkers are gonna find me anyway!
