And How Could I Forget

the Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate (of the signature hot chocolate series) at Starbucks? I have no idea when they are going to remove this special line from their stores. I am hoping they hold out until summer. I get nervous everytime I order, fearing the day they tell me the Salted Caramel is no longer available.

But OH NO, I just looked up the nutritional information and it's not good. A tall no-whip will still run you 400 calories. 15g of fat, 9g saturated fat, 60g carbs. But I only have one (okay, maybe two) a week and if you spread those calories out among the days it's not so bad.
