Tripadvisor

This past weekend we took our first real family vacation together. Just me, APY and AJ. Normally we combine trips with family stuff (e.g. someone's getting married on the beach in Florida) and we have been getting annoyed that A.) we are always traveling to see other people and B.) no one ever comes to visit us! So we decided to skip this year's wedding on the beach (really - there was just one last year and another two weeks from now) and do our own thing. Being the fans of water parks that we are, we went to Wisconsin Dells.

I think I watched "She's All That" the day I created my account. You guys know I'm always trying to stay anonymous.

In short, AJ loved it. She went on every slide and water toy she could. We all had a blast. It was a great late winter escape for us, and the drive was only 5 hours. We took tons of food with us and ate out only for dinner two nights (see review re: the awesome restaurant we found) and brunch on Sunday morning. Below is one of my favorite pictures...a couple of random strangers speeding down on one of the best body slides at the water park. That one was FUN!
