High in sodium perhaps, but fast, easy, tasty and satisfying.
one rotisserie chicken, shredded
3/4 cup barbeque sauce
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
1/8 tsp hot sauce
some nice buns (lol)
Shred the rotisserie chicken. Over medium heat, stir in barbeque sauce, vinegar and hot sauce until warmed through. Serve on buns. Doesn't get much easier than this, people.

Why high sodium?
By the way, some purists might consider this pulled pork recipe... chicken.
Thanks for the new blog!

DUH. I will change the recipe name. Or should we see if you're the only one who catches it?
The processed ready-made rotisserie chicken at the store is very high in sodium.
kbKelley,
This is what you made the crazy flight day! It was good!
